I have lived in Bakersfield for 3 years now and I love it here. I lived in Stockton for over 30 years of my life and never thought I would call any where else home, but now I can't imagine ever moving back. The people are friendly, there is plenty to do and I am very optimistic about future growth here. Within the next few years they will begin construction of a bullet train and I believe that will kick start our growth and economy. The one thing I am concerned about is our air quality.
