Not A Friendly Place - 6/28/2015
I agree with many of the other commenters here who have astutely reflected what it is like to live in the Alta Sierra Subdivision. If you have any questions what it is like to live here, just go to the AS Prop Owners Assoc website (it is voluntary which is a plus). What you see is a page about getting dead deer out of your yard/off the road (as if they have their nerve living here), tree waste, and propane. Nothing friendly, warm, welcoming...this kind of sums up the place. There just isn't much more to it than this.

People who live here are just plain mean. There is just no other way to describe it, and in some cases, downright hateful. On some properties, people have mounted cameras to monitor who walks by their homes/near their properties. It is not diverse at all, mostly made up of lower to middle income white people.
