Review 1: "I've lived in 95827 for over 10 years and I absolutely love it here. The neighborhood is safe, the schools are great, and there are plenty of parks and recreational activities for families. The best part is the affordable housing options compared to other parts of California. I highly recommend living here!" - Sarah M.

Review 2: "I've had mixed experiences living in this area. While the cost of living is reasonable, the traffic can be unbearable during rush hour and there is a lack of diversity in the community. However, it's a relatively quiet neighborhood and there are some nice local restaurants and shops. Overall, it's an average place to live." - Jason R.

Review 3: "As a young professional, I find 95827 to be a great place to live. The rent is affordable and there are plenty of job opportunities in the area. The only downside is the occasional noise from nearby train tracks, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in California." - Emily S.

Review 4: "I've been living in this zip code for the past 5 years and it's been a mixed experience. The cost of living has gone up significantly, making it harder for families to afford living here. The city also lacks diversity and there isn't much to do in terms of entertainment. However, it's a safe and quiet neighborhood, which is a plus." - John D.

In summary, residents of 95827 in Rancho Cordova generally appreciate the affordable cost of living, safety, and family-friendly environment. However, some have raised concerns about traffic, lack of diversity, and limited entertainment options. Overall, it seems like a decent place to live for those on a budget.

I've lived in Lincoln Village for quite some time now. Used to live here as a child. Moved back into the area when my daughter was 5. We have lived here ever since she was in kindergarten. She is now 11 and graduating from 6th grade. When we first moved to the area it was quiet and peaceful for about the first 3 maybe 4 years. I am now no longer livin in those apartments because it started to get bad. From cops pullin cars over in the complex and the suspects running pass my daughter as she goes to take the trash out, and they have a gun in their hands. To drive by shootings and windows to apartments facing the street getting shot out. Now most recent in those apartments was a murder just last week.
