Meridian Rd needs at least 2 roundabouts. - 3/27/2020
I've lived here since 2010, love the open space and the people here are great. The narrow roads and highway 24 have much to be desired however. Meridian Rd in front of Walmart desperately needs roundabouts at both entrances to the stores parking lot. So many times we see people driving the wrong way on Meridian Rd to cross the median at the McDonald's/Chase bank intersection, which is a southbound only exit and also allow cars to turn south from the McDonald's side to drive to Golden Sage Rd. Also, the entrance where the Carl's Jr is located is a one way in. A roundabout in the median would greatly upgrade to a two way flow and stop the current drive to the McDonald's/Chase intersection to make a U-turn. Read More

16 kids per teacher??? - 1/24/2010
That's a joke right? We've lived in Colorado Springs and Peyton for years. My kids have gone to several schools and I can say they have never been in a class with less than 20 students. In fact, it's always been anywhere from 24 to 27 kids per teacher. Not a lot of one on one Read More
