This is the best place I have ever lived! I've been here 3 months (lived in Denver 18 years) and everyday I say "I can't believe I live here!" Denver's Best Kept Secret. Douglas County schools which are best in the state. Close access to Chatfield reservoir and Roxborough State Park. Zero crime. Lots of kids and deer. Beautiful mountain views. Clean air. No trains or sirens. No homeless people. Higher property taxes but that keeps out the rif raff. Water is more expensive too but 20 miles outside Denver is worth it. Good deals on real estate and these are on recently built homes. I'm sharing my secret because I'd like to see more of the homes for sale say
