Love living in the Julington Creek Plantation area - 10/12/2018
We moved to Jacksonville, FL around 13 years ago...we lived in the Arlington Area, Southside area and Bartram Park area and then after so many years of getting to know Jacksonville and we finally found the BEST place to live (especially for young families) in Jacksonville Florida is here in the Julington Creek Plantation area near Fruit Cove. It's the most southern tip of Jacksonville and the safest place to live in Jacksonville. We moved here because we wanted our child to be in the St. Johns County Schools.

We love this area, it feels safe, clean and most people are friendly. If you have a young growing family and have/want to move to Jacksonville, Florida I would recommend moving here in the southern part of Jacksonville. Love it. - 1/1/2018
I absolutely love Fruit Cove. I used to live in Fleming Island and moved here to have access to a higher rated school system. I love it. Absolutely love it. We are definitely a growing area, but we still have that rural charm. We are on the St. Johns River ... and that is absolutely lovely. I love it when I have out-of-town customers considering a home purchase, and get to show them our lovely part of Florida. Most of the people in this area are warm and friendly, and make you feel at home quickly. Read More

Julington Creek is GREAT place for families!! - 7/19/2006
Julington Creek Plantation is the ONLY place I would live in Florida! Especially in the Jacksonville area. Orange Park is being taken over by gangs from the westside, DON'T MOVE THERE if you have children!!! JCP offers excellent schools, well manicured everything, convenient shopping, friendly intelligent people, and a great overall quality of Read More
