Great for now but by 2027... - 2/8/2022
I've lived here for 7 years now and I'm glad I stayed West of the city. The East of Atlanta is getting dicey. Yes all the swanky restaurants are 30 miles away but nearby Hiram is improving. School district is fantastic. It is also becoming more diverse as I saw a Jamaican restaurant pop up. North Dallas is growing 3x as fast as West Dallas. Property values are also increasing with acre lots between 40k - 75k . Hurry, your still only 40 miles from Atlanta. That's a light commute for folks from Chicago, LA, Dallas, San Fran, Houston. Read More
