In the middle of Cobb. Street in Cullen Louisiana there appears to be a landfill in the middle of the neighborhood, i have been a citizen there for over 5 yrs and not one day has there been any attempt to clean the heap of trash up. I was just wondering should this be a concern addressed to the EPA, because the mayor and police officials has to know that this ugly eyesore is in the middle of the city.
