I've lived here for 13 years, the first 2-3 years I promoted the area, then as I kept seeing changes I learned that most the growth is filled with Cookie Cutter Developments and Big Box Retail Shopping Centers, which makes a very bland suburban nightmare "City". It is not a city anymore, it is a Large Suburban Area. moving to charlotte area soon as my home sells in - 4/11/2006
i have done some extensive research on charlotte and some other areas that i am thinking of moving too like concord or kannapolis. These areas seem really nice as far as neighborhoods and crime levels. If there is anyone out there that lives specifically in the 28215 area please feel free to email me at shegotgame39@yahoo.com and let me know how the area is. My first priority is to find a good neighborhood and area to live in and then look for a house in that area. I have already researched the homes in these areas and they have what i am looking for i just want to make sure im not moving into a crime ridden area or any other type of non friendly area, i don't have any children at home so i don't have to worry about schools there, which i heard were pretty bad.
