Franklin is beautifull with several wonderfull parks and one of the best bike trails in the state of Pa. Downtown has wonderfull historic buildings and the house prices are very good. I grew up in Franklin and still miss the views of this smalltown valley.
Wonderfull bike trail, main street is cute, lots of beautifull old homes.
Prices for a home are very low but this is a reflection of how hard a good job is to find. School system could be better but is not bad if you are a very involved parent. Locals are friendly but a bit negative about life in
