Best place to live in metro DC area - OLD TOWN ALE - 10/4/2016
This is a friendly, beautiful yet quaint town. Lots to do if you are a sports enthusiast: sailing kayaking biking tennis and great health clubs. Great arts district music and hipster bar/night life and shopping. Many good restaurants. Good public transportation - metro with free trolley and very walkable.

Old town north is up and coming and has the amenities mentioned above. It is on the river.. This is where you want to live and there are still some affordable residences. Many amenities (as mentioned above) and very walkable. Great for singles and young families. Central to old town north is a park with a playground tennis and dog park. Read More
