Powhatan, Va Best public schools - 3/25/2008
We have lived in Powhatan, moving from Richmond, for about five years. The public schools here are amazing. Our daughter started at the junior high and is now in the high school. In our experience, there has been no bullying, racial problems, or drinking or drug problems. The teachers are devoted and fair and inspiring. The high school has all kinds of well chaperoned extracurricular activities, and trips. I couldn't be happier and our daughter has blossomed in this environment.
