Glacier View is a residential neighborhood located in Everett, Washington. The boundaries are from 41st to 62nd; and from Broadway west to Evergreen Way. Within those boundaries there are numerous micro-communities and sub-divisions known as: Alta Vista, Central Park, Claremont, Country Club Estates, Laurel Heights, Victory Heights and View Acres.
You will find mid-century single family homes with a sprinkling of mixed use buildings. The average selling price is $250,000 to $329,000. You will find green lawns and happy gardeners because water is not metered in Everett. The Interurban bike trail runs down the center of the neighborhood.
