All the reviews quote a very low crime rate, however, we are just next door to Youngstown which is an extremely high crime  More

Wheeling is a very safe place to raise a family. Exceptionally low crime rate. Great schools to choose from. Lots of churches and 2 competitive area hospitals.  More
