I think the state January low temperature reading of 3 degrees is way too low. Most other weather services report the January low, at about 10 degrees warmer which would  More

We've lived here for 15 years and love it. Our new neighbors, who moved here a year ago from Virginia, refer to it as "Paradise." We like the clean air and sunshine.   More
