The climate is not bad. Mild winters but hot and humid summers. Hurricanes, but no snow and ice storms. Cost of living is a little too high, as is population density.  More

Oldest city in TN. Has great historic sites to visit. Becomes very congested when there is a festival in progress (there are several each year). People are friendly.   More
