This city has a lot of potential, but it could use some work. For example, it seems to lack things that other cities have. And there is a lack of atmosphere and charm.  More

New Haven, Indiana costs about twice as much as it does to live in the neighboring city, Fot Wayne. The water is twice as much. Electric and gas are the same. New Haven  More
