El Paso Texas might not be a mega-metropolis with the New York and LA style entertainment, but here are some Pros about this bi-national, multi-cultural mid-sized city.   More

I can honestly say that there aren't any bad neighborhoods here. I frequently walk to work before sunrise or after sunset, and no one has ever bothered me in the least.  More
