I am a kid that lives here in Haines and it is a very nice peacful small town. There is a weekly newspaper and a radiostation here so you can still be in the know  More

Expensive place to live

Dont move here unless you work for Alyeska. Everything is so expensive, and the closest wal-mart is 6 hours by car. There is tons of stuff to do if you love winter. But  More
