I lived in CT for about 7 years, and this place is depressing, lonely, and boring. My only entertainment in Hartford, were the Library branches for books and movies. The  More

Not very impressed. Very high property taxes. If you live with city limits you'll pay taxes there and in the county too. 1700 and house is about 3000 per year. Add shed  More
