We live in SoCal, but bought a home in Ivins in 2005 that we spend getaway time at and possibly plan to retire to. Great place - great people! No regrets. What a love  More

Malad is a small community just across the Utah border on Interstate 15. It is mostly a mormon community. It is cheap to live here but you have to drive at an average  More
