Lots of trees and parks. Decent schools. Freeway close to the centers of LA and OC. Low crime. Great place to raise children. A dog park in Fullerton about 20 mins.  More

This is a great area for road cycling. Many streets have bike lanes, there are off-road bike paths going down to the beach, and the weather is great most of the year.   More
