We have lived in Orange County since the 70’s and moved to Laguna Hills in 1999. Since then our 1800 square foot house purchased for $300K has appreciated to over $700K.  More

Beautiful, but for the wealthy. If you make less than 150K, you won't be able to afford to live here. Even for Southern California, MV is off-the-chart expensive. A  More
