I've lived here 25 years. Perfect climate. Very central for employment opportunities. Really great schools. 45 min to San Fran, 45 min to Santa Cruz beach. Shoreline  More

I lived in Montecito for 7 years up-to 2020. Everything is sooo over priced, Contractors rip you off, one contractor tried to charge me $800 just to clean the Windows  More
