You really don't want to move here

Unless you are looking for a low Quality of Life stay away from New Carlisle. Most of us live a City to be protected by Ordinances, Noise, Zoning, Code Enforcement. Not  More

Springfield’s housing is cheap, because a great deal of the homes are dilapidated. There are many blocks which have two or three out of five houses that are boarded up.  More
