I lived in South Dakota for most of my life then moved to North branch, I slowly realized that it is a growing city, population wise but the jobs seem to fade further  More

WE RECENTLY BUILT A HOME HERE AND THE HOOK-UP FEES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN SURROUNDING TOWNS. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING NEW SCHOOLS BUT THIS HIGH FEE WAS IN PLACE  More
