WE RECENTLY BUILT A HOME HERE AND THE HOOK-UP FEES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN SURROUNDING TOWNS. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING NEW SCHOOLS BUT THIS HIGH FEE WAS IN PLACE  More
