I came to Pullman in 2014 as a student, and I've been here since. I bought a house here this year and like many other places, there's a lot of crappy overpriced homes.  More

Seriously overcharged for water.

Water bill went from $16-$20 every three months in Van Buren township to over $100 every 2 months in Westland. Just the service fees alone are $69.30 Thats over $415/yr  More
