Cape Haze, South Gulf cove and Rotonda. lots for $2000-$5000 or new homes for $140,000. Boca Grande and Palm island minutes away. Sarasota and manasota key short drive.  More

The climate is not bad. Mild winters but hot and humid summers. Hurricanes, but no snow and ice storms. Cost of living is a little too high, as is population density.  More
