Lots of crime, lots of growth. Many crimes are not investigated or prosecuted to keep the statics lower. Military base provides some stability, but this Metro-East Saint  More

Beautiful and historic. Small, but close to larger utopian suburbia. Wake up to the birds and squirrels, drive a couple of miles for excellent shopping. Great schools.  More
