The best time of the year in South Florida is between October and February. Usually it's not too hot, not too cold. Daytime temps average in the mid 70's to 80's.  More

Tamarac is just north of Fort Lauderdale. Although a very nice area,like everywhere else in South Florida, housing costs have climbed over the last 2 years. Rental  More

The climate is not bad. Mild winters but hot and humid summers. Hurricanes, but no snow and ice storms. Cost of living is a little too high, as is population density.  More
