11/27/2015the public schools in pueblo are in their final few months of sanction before the state has to step in. If you plan on homeschooling, this wont impact you. However there are over 40 gangs in pueblo, and a heroin epidemic this will impact you.
Fountain, CO
fountain is lovely place to live -
11/27/2015After living in 3 states and in Denver,Springs and Pueblo(within CO), I find Fountain to be a quiet, safe and cost effective place to live. It has moderate temps and snow compared to other front range areas, farmers markets, beautiful parks, lots of shopping, nicely maintained walking trails, good PD/FD and sensible budget minded people in government.
It is an easy commute to pueblo or springs. I see more kids waiting for school buses in the morning than I ever have anywhere else. (the schools must be good)
