4/27/2018Yes hot and dry in Hermiston, winters are gray and get an inversion layer, can get a fair amount of freezing rain, can get snow but doesn’t always. Can get 20 below too, but overall lots of sunny days, I actually loved the summers there. Housing, I bought a house just outside of Echo in 2010, 3000 sg ft, 4 bed 3 bath on an acre of land for $230,000, so home prices vary there, I felt like that was a good buy. Sold it 3 years later, (divorce) for $270,000.
