5/31/2019Just throwing this out here. Not saying you cant (though every native would prefer it if you ), but this is more of a “word of advice” type deal. unless you have a good reason for having to come here like a job relocation or family. Don't, colorado natives are assholes here (trust me i know). We hate seeing people move here because of how many people have moved into this state and ruined it for us. Trust me you dont wanna love here, were not nice, weather sucks, its expensive, and traffic sucks. As a native who hates this state for everyone moving here changing it and wants out, you don't want to unless you have money and a very good reason. There not much country. :)

5/31/2019As a colorado native... born and raised 24 years there is mothinf discriminatory with hispanics in this state. Just the opposote, here they get schooling (when i have tonpay thousands of dollars, braces discounts (i have to pau 185 a month because insurance wont cover for me, everyplace speaks Spanish now and everything comes in spanish, you guys get housing (my mom and i dont) there is nothing discriminatory about that just the opposite.

5/31/2019You dont want to move here. Native hate how this state has become with so many people moving here that they will hate you to. Were assholes in this state. I would know im a native. Not telling you you cant, more of a word of advice, unless its for a reason you cant avoid and a good one (like a job relocation or because of a family member) dont. If its for any reason like “we need a change and dont know anything about the state” or “colorado has weed lets go”, try not to. We hate what everyone moving here has done to this state, everyone moving out here has ruined it thats why. As for the dog colorado is more animal friendly so that shouldnt be a problem. :)

Outsiders ruined this state for me (A NATIVE) -
5/31/2019I am a colorado native. I was born here and have lived here 24 years. I used to love it here, 10 years ago i would have given it 4 stars, But ever since it was THE FIRST state to legalize weed (not against it, i smoke it) but the state has changed so much because of it being the first one to do that so it gets a 1 star. It has mad the state populated, there is development everywhere (when it used to be so open), the mountains are crowded and dirty now, the traffic sucks, its getting more and more expensive and colorado doesn't pays well at all, you need 3 jobs just to barley be on your own, people are rude, everyone keeps moving here, its not even famous for mountains anymore, every tourist, new person living here, and people i hear on social media, and when i go out of town when they find out I'm in colorado ask about the weed. That has ruined my state and i hate it and what its become, and what everyone moving here has done to it. I went to cali for my 5 year anniversary for a week, and everyone there when they asked where I was from asked about the weed, when i landed in denver, it smelled like factories, gas and weed, it used to smell good like mountains and pine trees. Its not the state i used to love. And it never will be. Theres nothing here for me except my pets, mom sister and boyfriend. As soon as i get the money I'm out of here because everyone moving here for the weed has made impossible for natives to live here and are chasing them out. Thats whats happening with me
