Magnolia, IA is a small town located in the northwest corner of the state. It has a population of just over 500 people, making it one of Iowa's smallest towns. Despite its small size, Magnolia has received some recognition from Bestplaces.net for its high quality of life. The town was ranked first for Most Affordable Places to Live and sixth for Lowest Cost of Living in Iowa.
