Newton, New Jersey is home to some excellent schools. The district includes seven elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. Each school is rated highly by the state of New Jersey's Department of Education and has earned a reputation for providing a quality education to students. The elementary schools are well-regarded for their strong emphasis on core academic subjects such as math, science, and reading. The middle schools offer a wide variety of elective courses in the arts, technology, and other areas in addition to a rigorous academic core curriculum. Finally, Newton High School provides numerous AP classes as well as an array of extracurricular activities to engage students outside the classroom. This attention to excellence makes Newton an ideal place for students looking for an enriched learning experience.

If your going to live in Northern New Jersey, Sussex County is your best option. Hudson County is the most overcrowded area of the entire state. Passaic and Essex  More
