Deposit, NY is a small village located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State. It has a population of about 1,500 and is a relatively quiet place to live. While Deposit may not be known for its public transportation, there are still options available for those who need it. The Catskill Mountain Rail Trail provides bikes and pedestrians with access from Deposit to Binghamton, as well as several local communities along the way. There are also bus services available to nearby towns such as Sidney and Hancock. Public transportation options in Deposit may be limited, but residents still have access to some viable means of getting around town or out of town for necessary trips.
