Irvington, NY is a village located in New York's Westchester County. The village is home to approximately 8,000 residents and covers an area of slightly over two square miles. Irvington has a mayor-council form of government, with an elected mayor and six trustees. The current mayor is Brian C. Smith and the trustees are Richard Hovey, Betty Cross, Paul Phillips, Ninia Pollack, Christopher M. Thomas, and Mark Gilliland. Irvington is also part of New York’s 18th Congressional District which is represented by U.S Representative Sean Patrick Maloney.
