Cocoa benefits = super low property taxes, very little hurricane damage in last 40 years, grow anything (we grow 40% of what we eat in a regular neighborhood lot) 17  More

We have lived in cocoa FL for 7yrs and rockledge before cocoa for 20yrs,we now live in cocoa,it's a very dirty town has nothing to offer,the crime yet unreported  More
