If you planning on moving to Sheridan, may i suggest to all who want to come here to investigate Sheridan's high price of housing. Sheridan is a decent clean town to live. but the cost of housing keeps people that work for a modest income from moving here. Many people who cannot afford to stay leave. Many of the wealthy do reside in the powderhorn residential area where million dollar homes abound. Sheridan is fast becoming the new latest version of a Jackson Hole environment. Montana, Wyoming, Colorado now have the dubious distinction of having the most expensive housing markets in the country.. so happy trails. and remember one thought. you cant live on the scenery. you can starve here in a beautiful mountain setting just like any other place in the country
