| 6/19/2012 | other | I will be forever greatful for my experience at A.P.B.S. I attended from pre-k up through 6th grade and thoroughly enjoyed all of my teachers. Dedicated christian teachers and staff are what make this school stand out from the rest. They really do invest in each child, doing all they can to make sure that every students understand the lessons. The admin. staff is top notch, t you won't find any better on the planet. They have been with the school for many years and are devoted to delivering the best Christian based education possible. The assistant pricipal has taught there for many years and has also had the experience of being a parent and grandparent of students. So when they say that they have"been in your shoes and understand " they aren't blowing smoke!!! My niece and nefew also attended A.P.B.S. and absolutely loved it!! I can't wait for my 2 to be old enough to attend this loving school. God is in the heart of everyone at this school, you couldn't ask for a more loving and genuine place to trust with your children. |
| 7/24/2009 | other | If you're looking for a school that offers a top quality education with a Christian based curriculum, small classes, warm, friendly, family oriented, low turn over of teachers and staff and a history of former students returning with their own children to attend, well this is the school for you!! Est. in 1964(?), this school has stood the test of time! God's work contnues to be done there. Being the parent and grandparent of children that have attended APBS I've seen first hand what this school has to offer to it's students and their families. Keep it up APBS!! God Bless! I hope if you're looking for a school you will consider APBS. |

| 4/16/2009 | parent | I am so impressed with Mrs. Shannon, she is such a sweet and loving person to leave our precious little ones with. She makes things so comforting for the kids there. I love to see her smiling face each day and know she is going to be there for any scrapes and boo boo's (she is also a nurse) and her kind and gentle nature makes my children feel safe. She is a treasure to behold and I don't know what the school would do without her. |
| 9/26/2007 | parent | My son and daughter attends this school. The cirriculum is very good and my children always have something to do. I love this school and I would recommend this school to anyone. |
| 4/11/2007 | parent | This is my son's first year at A.P.B.S. and I must say, that I am so pleased that we chose this school. His teacher Mrs. Tammy is wonderful - she is very easy to talk to and is just a remarkable teacher! The office staff is also very friendly. I feel so secure when I drop him off every morning, because I know that he is being well taken care of and loved. I am looking forward to the years to come @ A.P.B.S. for [him] and watching him grow. Keep up the great teaching, love and support that all you guys show there! -Stephanie |
| 4/5/2007 | parent | I have to say that I am so pleased that I decided to enroll my son @ APBS. This was his first year there in Kindergarten and Mrs. Tammy is WONDERFUL. She is a remarkable teacher. I don't know how she does it. I love the fact that the classes are small, so there is more one-on one teaching which is just great. Not to mention the office staff is very friendly. I feel so secure when I drop my son off at school that we will be well taken care of, and that is such a relief for us working moms. I am looking forward to the years to come for my son being there and continuing his progress for an great education. Thanks guys! Keep up the great teaching, love and support that you all show. | 9/11/2006 | parent | My children have gone here for years. The teachers are very good and spend more extra time than they probably should to make sure the kids get a good education. The Principal is wonderful as is the whole staff. Thank you for preparing my children for the next step in life. |
| 5/21/2006 | teacher | Azalea Park Baptist School is an awesome place to raise a child. The love and kindness shown to children can not be matched. The teachers have been there a long time. The small classes are great for learning. God is Definately in the house at this school! |
| 4/27/2006 | parent | Our experience limited to pre-K3 Ms. Tammy who now teaches Kindergarten. Ms. Tammy is wonderful. At the beginning of the year she had 8 students and by the end she had 12. The only support she got was volunteer parents. The school wouldn't pay for an assistant. Poor decision when you have a room full of 3/4 year olds who are potty training and there is no help to take the children to the bathroom unless the teacher leaves. The safety of the school is the reason we moved our child. The girls bathroom is the first room in the hall and the office is the very last. Unnacceptable as many people use the back of the school as a shortcut the gas station. We discussed our concerns with the office and were told they had never had a problem. Office did not communicate well with parents in regard to problems. |
| 9/30/2003 | parent | Our daughter has never attended any type of school program until this year, she is in Miss Tammy's Pre-K 3 class and she loves it! She has grown so much since she started here, her teacher makes me feel at ease leaving our precious little girl with her each day. This is the same school my nephew attended for several years and I saw great things in him from attending this school and we wanted the same for Sophie. Great job A.P.B.S. |
