10/25/2012parentgreat school , happy my childen are going there, staff is excellent and caring and are on top of things immediately
6/30/2011otherI have been at Elizabeth Davis Middle School since the first year it has opened back in 2008, and i have gone there all three years of middle school. I have had the pleasure of watching our school grow and change and progress. There are a great selection of teachers at this school that connect on a higher level with most of the students. I loved laying sports here, its an awesome way to meet new friends, i did Cross Country in 6th grade, and Cheer leading in 8th grade, and Tack&Field all three years. Sometimes the rules are absurd, such as no hugging even if you are the same sex, and walking in line everywhere, except classes, but overall i loved going to Davis and i'm going to miss it very much, as i move on to High school.
5/24/2010parentThe staff, students, parents, & friends of Elizabeth Davis Middle school together have built a wonderful caring community whose mission seems to be to help EVERY child be the very best they can be. My daughter is VERY happy to be a student at EDMS and although it is nearly the end of this school year, she is already talking about how excited she is about coming back NEXT year!!
12/5/2009parentMy son goes to Davis Middle which opened in 2008. My son loves both schools. There is video recording inside the building and out. Incidents between students occur rarely, and if, are dealt with immediately and very professionally. Teachers and staff are outstandingly helpful, caring and professional. Parents are updated daily on upcoming test, projects, test results and grades, by simply loggin on to 'Edline.com'. Parents also can email a teacher anytime with questions or concerns through the Edline system.
10/8/2009parentHave you ever been in a school that the teachers were excited to be there? At Beth Davis, the educators genuinely want to be there. The kids are the winners in this equation. My son made what I consider to be a seamless transition from elementary school. All of the staff that I have met seem to be a very energetic, committed and vibrant bunch. I think this attitude starts at the top. Mrs. Frahar and Mr. Pike set the tone. The rest is done by the teachers. This school in not crowded and the students are held accountable for there actions.
7/6/2009parentI feel that Davis has been a great school for my son and he has really enjoyed his seventh grade your as well thank you guys for making this a wonderful year. sincerly, Pamela Sharpe-Jones
