This dude, stop with all the malarky. Clearly he needs to get out of Farmersville because he's cramping our style. He might consider moving away into one of those bigger metropolitan areas he had mentioned before, so that he might be able to appreciate the small town life and mentality here in the little town of Farmersville. I am writing this not as someone who is angry at the fact that someone else is bad mouthing the only town I had ever lived in. The whole of the central valley is becoming worse and worse by the day. The costs here (in the Visalia/Tulare/Exeter/Farmersville area) are worse even than the metropolitan areas of Fresno (to the north) and Bakersfield (to the south). Gas prices are, on average $.20/gal higher than in either of the metro areas nearby. Housing prices are skyrocketing, which is good for existing homeowners IF they can find a buyer. On top of that salaries are low for the rising economic situation and employers are reluctant to pay people what they are worth. Also, the air quality is decreasing rapidly from an already poor state and could possibly reach levels consistent with Los Angeles or San Francisco within the next 10 years.
If you are considering a move here, you will wish you hadn't in short order. Think again and find some place better to Read More
