2 hours from Chicago. - 11/30/2019
If you work in Chicago or Chicago area the ride can be really tough. Took me 2 hours to get home from Chicago to Hampshire. I recommend the Rockford or dekalb or Huntley area for work and the drive is nice that way.

Hampshire farmers for Trump2020 - 11/2/2019
If you like hunting and fishing and farming and small rural towns than Hampshire is nice. Coon creek hunt club is nearby and Marengo Illinois has one off the best gun shops that is 15 min from Hampshire. Rivers and ponds throughout the area for fishing and horse trails all around Hampshire Illinois. You want to stay west of route 47 and farther from the Chicago area the nicer it gets and the nicer the people are.

Small town - 11/1/2019
Rural farming town with conservative republican views. Military friendly community with a nice country day’s festival. Hampshire is 2 hours west of Chicago with traffic and near sycamore and Huntley Illinois. Next to the quiet little towns of Marengo and Genoa and Burlington Illinois.

Hampshire supports the NRA - 10/3/2019
You can ride your snowmobile to restaurants and in town Hampshire. Farmland and country roads and horse trails. Sunsets are nice with John Deere tractors farming! Nothing like a Sunday fall drive on the countryside backroads in Hampshire, so peaceful!

Stay west of route 47 - 8/21/2019
As long as you stay away from Elgin and Pingree grove area you are ok, really gross that way. You want to go towards Huntley and sycamore and Genoa and Marengo area from Hampshire not Elgin area. Worst thing about Hampshire is that Pingree grove is ruining the area!

Country living! - 3/19/2019
On 17 acres in Hampshire Illinois and it’s so peaceful and quiet in Hampshire. Surrounded by country roads and farmland and I love shooting my guns and turkey hunting in my backyard. I can ride my horse to trails from my property. Snowmobile trails and ATV trails are everywhere throughout Hampshire. So many nice churches in town and Hampshire almost has 0 crime, thank God I’m 2 hours from Chicago area living in peace. Country living Hampshire Illinois supports President Trump and our Veterans.
