Better towns to pick from in the area - 8/19/2007
I grew up in Manheim, and have no desire to move back. The town is a slave to the Auto Auction, a giant gorilla of endless asphalt that pollutes every available lot in the area with off-lease cars waiting to go through recon shops. Car transporters pound endlessly over the potholed main streets rattling the windows. Snow removal in the winter is a joke. Traffic is horrible, and impossible on auction sale days.
