biggest mistake don't move here - 7/30/2006
i'm from miami, but my husband is from here so a year and i half ago we married and we moved back here. it has been the worst mistake. the cost of living is very high, we have to work a lot to keep up with living expenses. people are rude no matter what part of the state you go, they are racist and very hypocritical. jobs are hard to find, there is also no public transportation outside of the city, you have to pay a tax to keep your car on the road and the big dig doesn't help, also a lot of bad drivers and roads are like horse trails. summers are humid and you have to drive for hours to get to the beach, once get there you can't go in the water because is extremely cold. the winters are harsh and dangerous because of all the downhills. restaurants close at 9pm outside of the city and there are no dance clubs. the worst place to live in. can't wait to
