Beautiful views and cool weather

What makes Anchorage a great place to live is the view of the mountains that almost completely surround the city. Anchorage is cool in the winter, but not as cold as most of the rest of the state of Alaska. The temperature here in the winter months is almost exactly the same as the weather in Minneapolis--which is cold, but not unbearable.
