Expensive but safer than most cities it's size. Homes are a real kicker so is the basic necessities of life but if you are the type that loves a mix of both big town feeling and scenary and being close to nature (mountains, sea etc, love hunting,fishing,hiking,skiing etc, you would be well at home.
