If you like mild winter, hot, hot summers, and good ol' boy politics around town, then this is your place. Housing is fairly cheap and if you like drinking, there are plenty of bars downtown. There's a lot of "separation" - you know where the "types" of people live, and it's not just by neighborhood. Eh, it's okay.
