Bangor Maine is a joke when it comes to police protection and homeland security. I have lived in this town in Maine for 10 long years and the Authoritys often just look the other way. what a joke for a town that had terrorists come through it and try to bye cell phones and then go on to crash planes into the twin towers in New York. If you ask me Bangor's whole ifastructure from the town officials to the police and other authoritys must be On The Take/Being payed off to look the other way so they can pocket some $$$$$$.
